Our Fit Camps are inclusive and motivating group workouts designed to help people feel stronger, more confident and better about themselves. The focus goes beyond physical results, creating a positive, supportive environment where everyone feels welcome, regardless of their fitness level.
Each session combines cardio and bodyweight training, offering a balanced workout that improves endurance, strength and overall wellbeing.
Fit Camps take place twice a week:
Tuesday evenings indoors during the winter season
Saturday mornings outdoors
Saturday Fit Camps are always held outdoors, allowing participants to train in fresh air, boost energy levels, improve mood and reconnect with nature.
