Welcome to PhysEd — a brand-new functional fitness space built for real people who want smarter training.
Our small group classes blend strength, mobility, endurance, and recovery in a holistic, interdisciplinary way that meets you where you are and grows with you.
Classes are 1 hour long and take place at 12:30 / 17:00 / 18:00 / 19:00
