Syncycle is an intimate indoor cycling studio offering a full-body workout that connects body and mind to the rhythm of the music. Our coaches guide you through a fun and soulful journey designed to ignite your spirit, push your limits, transform your body, and thrive.
All levels welcome, different options will be given depending on yours.
How to prepare?
At Syncycle, we've got you covered from head to toe, literally! We provide clip-on cycling shoes, sweat towels, filtered water, hot showers, beauty products, hairdryers, you name it. All you need to bring is sportswear and your bath towel (also available for rent).
First Time?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your class. This allows us to guide you through safety instructions and help you set up your bike properly.
If you arrive too late for these instructions, we won’t be able to let you join the class.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before class so you have time to get changed and receive assistance setting up your bike.
Any bikes left unclaimed 5 minutes before the start will be offered to members on the waiting list.
Doors close once class begins, and late arrivals won’t be admitted. If that happens, our team will be happy to help you find another class to enjoy.
