This course will take place at SAP in Brussels, Evere
Group session with Personal Trainer (you must have a Gymlib subscription to attend the class)
Custom trainging in the form of a tailor-made 1h00 group session for a goup of minimum 3 people that meets your needs!
Be careful, do not forget to book your session in advance by calling to 0476.07.47.36 or mailing info@fitnesspro-candice.com to give your First Name/Surname and especially to communicate .Please real carefully : the teacher will come at SAP only if there is a minimum of three persons interested for a 1h00 class (soft class : Tuesday 12.30 or HIIT : Thursday 17.00).In order to validate your presence, it is mandatory to validate your pass via GPS (once near the location) and to show it to the staff/Candice.
There will be two sessions organized at SAP from 10/03, please find herunder the schedule:
Tuesday 12.30-13.30 : soft class
Thursday 17:00-18:00 : HIIT
The training method is based on a good functioning of your joint and muscle system, targeting mobility and stability. Once these two functions are properly mastered, I will show you what your body is capable of!
Together, we will develop your muscle strength and endurance, work all the muscles in your body, improve your muscle tone, reduce the risk of injury and improve your flexibility!
